PrivateThe Service provides access to private, invitation-only video streams and recordings. Your access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
All streams, recordings, transcripts and related materials are the property of tvacom and/or its clients. You may view content solely for your own authorized purposes. You may not record, download (except where a download function is expressly provided to you), redistribute, publish, publicly display, or share any content or access link without written permission. Watermarking and other tracing measures may be embedded in what you view.
We log access and viewing activity, including login times, IP addresses, approximate device/browser information, and viewing duration per stream, for security and service-quality purposes. By using the Service you consent to this collection. Chat messages you post are visible to other authorized viewers and to administrators, and may be removed at our discretion.
You will not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or disrupt the Service, use another person's credentials, or post unlawful, abusive, or confidential material in chat.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR ERROR-FREE STREAMING. Live streaming depends on networks and equipment beyond our control; interruptions, quality degradation, and loss of availability may occur, including during events.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR, IF GREATER, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR ACCESS IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service or its content.
We may terminate or suspend access at any time. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date and version will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
